The Members’ Trust comprises five members:

1. Robin Davis – Appointed with the consent of the Diocesan Board of Education under Article 16 of the Articles of Association and Chair of Governors
2. Julie Griffiths – Member of the Diocese of St Albans Educational Trust
3. Elizabeth Grundy – Appointed with the consent of the Diocesan Board of Education under Article 16 of the Articles of Association
4. Jon Reynolds – Appointed with the consent of the Diocesan Board of Education under Article 16 of the Articles of Association
5. Vacancy – Incumbent at St John’s Church
